Refund and Returns Policy:

When the product is shipped to India-

When the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item: or the item is defective, then:

  • Product should be returned or Return request should be filed in 3 days
  • Full refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Return shipping will be born by customer.

When the product is shipped outside India-

When the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item or the item is defective, then:

  • Product should be returned or Return request should be filed in 3 days
  • Full refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Return shipping will be born by customer.
  • Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer only or Returns will be accepted at store only.

In case of Used product which is returned after the return window is closed:

We accept exchanges of up to 85% of the purchase value of the jewellery for lifetime and up to 80% of the purchase value for Cashback.

The Gold Appreciation will be accounted for at the time of resell but Polki and stones will not be appreciated.

For International Orders, The Jewellery Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer.

Zevar Emporium will not be able to recall the jewellery back to India once shipped.

In case of Money back 80% of the Invoice Value would be refunded, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque/Bank Transfer within 15 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
