RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

All Zevar Emporium products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly in terms of colour shades from the pictures.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • Order was damaged in transit.
  • Order was Incorrect.

If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact.

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock, we will refund the amount to the original source.

When the product is shipped to India-

  • Product should be returned or Return request should be filed in 3 days.
  • Return Window is 3 days.
  • Full refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Return shipping will be born by customer.

When the product is shipped outside India-

  • Product should be returned or Return request should be filed in 3 days
  • Full refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Return shipping will be born by customer.
  • Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer only or Returns will be accepted at store only.

In case of Used product which is returned after the return window is closed:

We accept exchanges of up to 85% of the purchase value of the jewellery for lifetime and up to 80% of the purchase value for Cashback.

The Gold Appreciation will be accounted for at the time of resell but Polki and stones will not be appreciated.

For International Orders, The Jewellery Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer.

Zevar Emporium will not be able to recall the jewellery back to India once shipped.

In case of Money back 80% of the Invoice Value would be refunded.

 

Product has to be returned along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.

If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

REVERSE PICK-UP

Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up. Return Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

DISPATCH

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.
